Meet Grace

Grace Pinotti is a self-taught artist who draws deep inspiration from her experiences living in different cities and continents, her travels, and the natural world. Each of these places, rich with their own stories, evokes powerful emotions that she captures and expresses through her abstract paintings.

Her creative process involves applying layers of paint with palette knives over weeks, creating rich textured canvases with recurrent patterns and gestures.

Her work is influenced by artists such as Claude Monet’s loose brushwork and temporal beauty, Twombly's expressive marks, and Pablo Picasso's approach to abstraction. These influential sources have significantly contributed to shaping her artistic vision.

Having spent more than 20 years living abroad she now lives in Southlake, TX with her family and her sweet little labradoodle.

“No place is better than our own homes to express ourselves and convey who we are. Having lived in so many different cities and houses around the world, home has always been, for me, the place where we are surrounded by things we love. My pieces of artwork are key to enhancing a warm feeling throughout my house. They tell a story and evoke special emotions and sweet memories that inspire us daily!"
